Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

To book Dan Lee Photo for a photo shoot or event, 50% of the photographer's fee and 100% of the other staff (assistants, technician, talent, make-up artist) fees must be paid as retainer for the time of the photo shoot or event.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your reservation for photo shoot or event coverage with us, we'll refund the retainer amount (*listed above) if we are able to book another client during the time of the original photo shoot or event. If specific staff members are not needed for the newly booked shoot, their fees will not be refunded. Please note that this becomes more difficult to do the closer the cancellation is to the date of the photo shoot or event.

Business Hours:

Regular business hours for Dan Lee Photo are 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Feel free to contact us outside of those hours, but know that we'll most likely get back to you during our business hours.
